Introduction

About me

I am a Postdoctoral Research Scholar at North Carolina State University, working with Dr. Qiao Jin. Previously I earned my Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Minnesota, co-advised by Prof. Evan Suma Rosenberg and Prof. Victoria Interrante. My research interests lie in Virtual Reality, HCI, and Computer Graphics. I am particularly interested in 3DUI design that strikes a balance between security and usability, and how virtual environments and gamification can be used for social good. My CV can be found here.
In my spare time I have a passion for handcrafting and modeling virtual scenes (both digitally in 3D software and IRL dioramas). I also love traveling and photography.
